Built by Northport Classic Homes, this inspiring kitchen
combines the ultimate in form and function with the height
of luxury.
The appliances selected for this kitchen are a Bosch
dishwasher, Dacor's 48" dual fuel range with matching
ventilation hood, Dacor's built-in microwave, and their 48"
built-in refrigerator.
With two 18,000, two 16,000, and two 8,500 BTU burners, the
48" dual fuel range from Dacor packs quite a punch but also
allows for ultra-low simmering with a melting feature. The
unique 14" wide continuous grates allows for maximum cooking
space and the use of Dacor's non-stick griddle, which is
included with the range. The Illumina burner controls
keep the cook aware of that the burners are lit. The
Tiltvue control panel allows for the use of the two
self-cleaning electric ovens. Both ovens feature
RapidHeat bake elements.
The matching 48" hood over the range moves 1200 CFM of air
out of the kitchen for times when searing is necessary, wok
cooking is chosen, or the non-stick griddle is in use.
Dacor's infinite light control provides maximum brightness
for cooking or the lowest setting for mood lighting.
Dacor's built-in refrigerator maintains proper temperatures
to keep foods at their freshest. The Food Saver
controls built into the unit maintains accurate drawer
temperatures.
