Looking
to update their kitchen with a new appearance,
the Henderson's chose to provide a professional
feel with appliances from Viking. HPC
Installation, our custom installation division,
was able to complete the job quickly so the
homeowner's could begin to enjoy their new
kitchen.
Included in the Henderson's kitchen is a 30"
single convection oven, a French door
refrigerator, an over the range convection
microwave, 30" professional series cooktop, and
completing the kitchen is a Viking integrated dishwasher.
The 30" single oven from Viking
features the largest convection fan in the
industry as well as one of the largest oven
cavities to provide for any array of baking
needs.
With a maximum BTU rating of
16,000, Viking's 30" professional series cooktop
may be small but provides the power and high
heat necessary for for highest sear or for a
rapid boil. The unit also can achieve a
950 BTU simmer for soups or other delicate
dishes.
To maximize on refrigerator
space, the homeowner's chose Viking's French
door refrigerator. This unit has counter
depth design which provides a more flush and
built-in appearance than traditional
refrigerators. |
