To continue serving the appliance needs of our customers, our sales staff is available by phone and e-mail, and our team members are delivering and installing while working to maintain the strictest of health protocols.

A message to our customers:

At Howard Payne Company, our goal is to be the most trusted provider of kitchen appliances in the metro Atlanta area. With that in mind, we are closely monitoring the global COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation via the CDC, the World Health Organization, and with local, state, and federal health administrations.

To date, we have taken a number of proactive measures to help ensure the health and safety of customers and employees. We are assessing the best prevention methods and are taking additional preventative measures to help stop the potential spread of COVID-19 both in our showroom and in the field with our delivery and installation crews. Some of these measures include:

        • Increased handwashing and personal hygiene protocols
        • Hand sanitizer, where available, will be utilized in our showroom and offices for both customers and employees
        • Industrial rubber gloves and face masks, where available and appropriate, will be utilized by delivery and installation crew
        • Maintaining a six foot distance between employees and customers
        • Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting processes throughout our showroom and offices

Our employees have also been asked to stay home should they not feel well enough to come to work. We would also like to encourage our customers to think through how they can minimize risk as well. If you have a delivery that is scheduled, and you or a loved one aren’t feeling well, please give us a call and we will be glad to reschedule your delivery to another day.  As always, if you have appliance needs, but do not wish to visit our showroom, please call us and we will be happy to assist.

Please know that the safety of our employees and customers remains our top priority. The steps noted above are to protect both our employees and customers while remaining open for the community we serve.
